Spring 2007 Contact Update Records

The Contact Update Record allows student contact information to be updated every term after beginning a teacher prep program, even after exiting the program. This updated information will help ensure that the VITAL surveys reach their intended audience.

As a rule, data should be provided for all fields. Some fields will not produce errors if they are blank to facilitate data entry by institutions that legitimately do not have that information. If you have too much missing data, you may be required to resubmit your file.
