Part II – Teacher Education Outcomes
- Development of term-based and end-of-program surveys of candidates in teacher education programs
- Development of web-based surveys for all teachers one, three, five, and ten years following completion of their preparation programs, including alternative routes
- Development of web-based surveys for employers of these teachers one, three, five, and ten years out
- Development of web-based surveys for K-12 administrators to assess higher education partnership programs as required for SCHEV Institutional Performance Standards and BOE Biennial Measurement Targets
- Design of survey methodologies for consistent, timely administration and high response rate
- Capacity for future links with teacher observation and student achievement data
- Capacity for future expansion to include data on other school personnel (e.g., school counselors, school psychologists, principals)
Part III – School Descriptors/Performance Data
- Development of a template for descriptive information on each preparation program
- Development of a web-based survey of teachers to assess their working conditions
- Integration of NCES Common Core of Data with other qualitative indicators of school environment, such as wealth indices, economic profiles, community profiles, and other data compiled by the Chmura group
Part IV – Reporting, Analysis, and Systems Support
- Development of standard reports, as well as dynamic (ad hoc) reporting, for identified groups of users
- Development of restricted-use protocols for additional analyses and research
- Generation of reports required for SCHEV Institutional Performance Standards and BOE Biennial Measurement Targets
- Maintenance of a data dictionary
